CPU pg level 3 or 4 will be ok if you have core 5 light and side arm 5 an maybe fitting optimization lv 2 in a gun that you have proficiency in. Skill into the skills you need untill they get expensive, I ran pg CPU at 4 for a yr, I just level 5 pg CPU and light and side 5 last night, since your gallente you ll be fine an with the pg CPU buff in 1.8 lv 3/4 CPU pg should be ok for you till you get further along, skill all cheap passive skills, till they get past 400 000 per skill, easier to get a good character faster, level it al simotainiously .

I would get enough points in either CPU an pg or a racial to a adv level an a basic cloak and your profile damp to a good passive level that you can at least beat a adv scanner passively , an a proto scanner with a enh profile damp, cloak, and your passivE suit bonus so use that fitting thing and do the db math and just focus on the gal scout till its proto level, an you have the things you need cuz my main accout has 35 mill sp , both scouts proto and almost every mod at 5.
I waited till I had bout 25 mill in one suit till I went gallente , since your doing the reverse going armor then shield everything you do will work opposite, plus in 1.8 the minja loses the profile so your gal won't need damps to five to beat scanners with ease but your ninja will, so if you skill both same time you will widen your sp too much, plus you want the knife bonus of proficiency for the gal to be as effective as the min, so you got a real catch 22 going on.
I say CPU pg to 4, gal to 5 knives to pro 3, main weapon to pro 4. Armor upgrades 4, plates reps 5, compact hive, all electronics 3, cloak, kin an regulators 5, then worry bout your minja.
When you switch your gonna need shields upgrade an extension 5, dampeners 5 so u can slowly up that while your working on gallente, an because you ll have knife proficiency 3 already and a cloak and 3 in dampening youradv minja will basically have the proto knive damage and you ll have no problem with scanners.
This way the switch won't be as bad and your PC ready instead of having two enh suits, an a butt load of enh mods. |

Grand Master Kubo wrote:Right now, getting levels of range amplification is more important than levels precision enhancement. Precision is only useful if you want to see unskilled scouts and dampened medium frames and heavy frames. Most people do not run fits like these. I
Just with passives a skilled scout will run a scan profile 30.375 dB (level 5 Scout and level 5 dampening). With passives a scout will run a scan precision of 40.5 dB (level 5 precision) and with one complex dampener a scout will run a scan precision of 32.4 dB.
The vast majority of people run a fit with a scan profile above the default scan precision of a scout (45 dB).
Just with passives a light frame can run a scan range of 22.5 meters. This is huge and I highly recommend it. A fully skilled Gallente scout will have a passive scan range of 33.75 meters.
Get range amplification. Range is amazing.
- Kubo I highly agree, the benifits of range amps is crazy! And in 1.8 your extra low slot an cloak and profile damp is well needed especially with proto caldari scouts passively seein everyone, your gonna eventually need range an percision to see them comming |
